Firmware

Manual firmware updates for Crayonic hardware wallets. For enterprise deployments these are pushed automatically by the Crayonic Agent via Crayonic Device Manager.

Crayonic KeyVault

Update steps

1. Connect the KeyVault to a Windows 10+ PC via USB.
2. Hold the button and select Update Firmware in the device menu (only visible while USB-connected).
3. Unzip the archive and run update.bat.
4. A Factory Reset is suggested afterwards; if biometrics fail it is required. A reset deletes all credentials, so recover them via Crayonic Credential Manager if they are centrally managed.

Legacy Credential Manager (desktop)

The Windows desktop version of Crayonic Credential Manager. Superseded by the web-based Crayonic Credential Manager, which is server-hosted and requires no local download. The legacy desktop build remains available for environments that have not migrated yet.
